If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in returning any item eligible for return. To obtain a return authorization, email us at email@example.com within 7 days of your order's delivery date with the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) you would like to return
- Reason(s) for return
Please note that if this email is not received within 7 days of the delivery date, the items will be final sale.
After receiving your email, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number that must be written visibly on the outside of your return package. We cannot issue refunds for items returned without a Return Authorization Number. Returns must arrive to the Wildland Returns Department within 14 days of the issue of your Return Authorization Number. Please package return items safely in a container intended for shipping like a sealed corrugated box or poly mailer to ensure that your items arrive at Wildland in their original condition. We cannot offer refunds on items that are damaged in return transit. Please send returns to:

Items must be returns in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original show box, free of damage and postal labels. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will process your return as soon as possible after receiving the approved return package.
Please note that all sale items purchased with a discount will be final sale. Sale items may only be returned for store credit.
Wildland reserves the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Wildland reserves the right to make changes to the return policy without notice.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund.
